However, when I attempted to activate the plan, I discovered that my phone is not eSIM compatible, despite the initial confirmation that it was.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Consequently, I bought a SIM card and have been trying to activate it and port my number for the past 10 days. Unfortunately, the app is not functioning properly, which is quite frustrating.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;can anyone help please!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
