      <description>&lt;P&gt;you removed your old sim card or disabled old eSIM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone and Reset network settings.&amp;nbsp; Try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need PM to check and reset your account, you need to open them a ticket.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
