      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/658111"&gt;@Grimrod42&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reboot your phone with that old sim card.&amp;nbsp; If you see the old sim no longer connects to your old carrier, you can remove the old sim, put in the PM sim card, reboot and click Reset network on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Then test both inbound and outbound calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rebooted. During the install process, I think the PM E-SIM was installed. Both look like they are connected... I have 2 bars on each.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
