      <description>&lt;P&gt;you said "update to next 30 days", you meant it is a plan renewal, right?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;your service working? it could be just a browser cache or app cache problem.&amp;nbsp; Please login My Account again using Incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Or on your phone, call *611 and confirm the cycle date&lt;/P&gt;</description>
