I only got 5 points this year but I've been here since 2018. What's the deal with getting more than 5?

5 Anniversary points is correct as PM change the Public Points Reward last year. The point percentage also changed from 5% to 3%

PM"s reward structure has changed significantly from several years ago.

It's no longer the carrot that it used to be to switch, and stay, with Public Mobile.

In spring 2024 PM did away with the $1 per month per year of loyalty (to a maximum of $5/month) and replaced it with a vastly inferior 10 points each year on your anniversary. This was dropped to 5 points per year in fall 2025.
