      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my Koodo account expires November 16th and I've not been able to port my number since activating PM on November 10th. &amp;nbsp;It fails at the Check Eligibility button and won't let me go any further. &amp;nbsp;I've emailed and messaged mod's already but nobody has responded. &amp;nbsp;Anyone help? &amp;nbsp;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You must get a MODs attention. Do do by emailing them and tagging them the way i tagged you. Do this tomorrow morning when the mods get online. Can't expect help from busy staff if your complaint goes unnoticed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17048"&gt;@tylerdonaldson﻿&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile normally would change the start date of your plan to the date that they fixed any porting issues you had so you don't lose any of your 90 day plan. &amp;nbsp;Since you've already gone ahead and requested the charge back, I guess&amp;nbsp;there isn't any point in going forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone else was having similar issues with you where they couldn't check eligibility but the system maintenance last night fixed it and they were able to port their number. &amp;nbsp;I guess it's too late for you though. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
