      <title>Can’t complete 2FA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to change my SIM card but whenever I try to change it on the app it asks for 2FA and sends a message with the code to my number which is not currently receiving messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try clicking Didn't Receive Code or Resend code and see if Send email option is there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not there, ask PM to help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
