    <description>&lt;P&gt;My service has been suspended due to lack of payment, even though it had always been set for automatic payment. I can’t make the payment on my account. I only get the option to make a new plan. Have I lost my account permanently? I’m trying to fix this issue in order to keep my number. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Vouchers come with specific amount.&amp;nbsp; You need to go to Shoppers Drug Mart and check what amount they offer.&amp;nbsp; But one that is enough for your plan amount plus E911 fees&lt;/P&gt;</description>
