      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I activated and paid for my Public Mobile service on February 4, but I still have not received my SIM card in the mail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The chatbot mentions a possible postal disruption, but Canada Post is operating normally, so I’m unsure what the delay is.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I just went to Yonge and Sheppard Centre,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mobile Klinik store. They are indicating they don’t provide it and asked me to switch to Telus or Koodo? Is there anything I need to tell them specifically in order for them to issue me a SIM card.
