      <title>Services not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined PM a few days ago. I can’t send texts (not sent) or make calls (call fails) but I am receiving calls and texts (?)&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I also can’t get a hold of a CSA online either to get the problem rectified quickly. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas of how to fix the problems?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
