If eSIM, download the pM app on your new phone and purchase another eSIM, which should be free and then a new eSIM will be installed on your new phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/lost-or-stolen-phone" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/lost-or-stolen-phone&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You really don't need to contact customer service agent for lost phones.
