      <title>How do I get help for the following issue?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I go notice this morning that my Public Mobile account was suspended due to non payment.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Fact is the account is up to date except and a payment should be deducted from my bank account (CIBC) either today or tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to get help for this issue but having no success.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, seems to have been a payment but may have been used to buy talk time in the amount of the payment.&amp;nbsp; Can't confirm the payment withdrawal from my bank account as the statement is only up-to-date a few days before days before the actual transaction time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Jan 13, 2026&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Point of Sale - Visa Debit&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;VISA DEBIT RETAIL PURCHASE PUBLIC MOBILE S 601307424354&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;$20.16&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;</description>
