      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I purchased PublicMobile abonnement and eSIM. I cannot activate it. Nothing works: neither network reset, nor eliminating all possible physical sims. To make matters worse, out of desperation, I ordered the physical sim and the online system told me the following: “payment passed but order cannot be completed. Contact support”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;What should I do? This is hell&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
