      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to transfer my number for activation a pop-up advises me that it is not eligible.&amp;nbsp; My current provider tells me that it is and I can't get into any other menu to allow me to cancel or restart.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far the only part of the process that has worked well is my being charged for the first month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/655331"&gt;@JimF&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If the pop-up appears from Public Mobile when you try to transfer it, then it might not be transferable. I could be wrong, but if the pop-up says so, it may not be eligible. You can try customer support but there are some numbers that are not portable&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
