Since it was working fine for two weeks, only they can properly look into it and resolve the issue. The only way a number can be changed is if you or someone with access to the account changes it for you. Now you'll have to get Customer Support involved...click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
