    <description>&lt;P&gt;Provider no longer help customers to choose the numbers they wont&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you didn't use the number with PM earlier, so from what I know, they won't be able to help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you lost the phone with Bell not long ago, actually, there is a slight chance that Bell would help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
