I have my phone unlocked from previous provider.

I want to release the previous locked network and activate the public mobile esim.

you don't have to post the unlock code here, and PM won't help you with that

all you need to do is to insert a PM sim into the phone. If it ask for unlock code, then enter it

or if you use eSIM, after you bought an eSIM and if it ask for it, enter it

PM never offer locked phones so you need to contact the carrier you got the locked phone from so they can help you unlock it using the unlock code.

It has been awhile since I unlocked an old windows phone from Bell.

Yes, Public Mobile did once sell carrier locked devices. As for the unlock code, this is a one step process for most modern smartphones with the customer only needing to type it in when prompted.
