      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/654747"&gt;@H2Omelon&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your other 2 friends will need to contact a CS_Agent separately:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They need to Submit a Ticket on the Chat icon or:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a simple fix but they need to create a Community account if they haven’t done one yet. The $10 credit will apply to their next month’s bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes all 3 friends still have an active PM account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried submitting a ticket via the chat but after completing all the info I get an error message. Attempted several times ~ either an error message or when I click submit nothing happens. All required fields are completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
