So you’re saying there is no way to get my old plan back unless I see it pop up in the app? And talking to customer service will be no help?

Would filling out a support ticket help me?

I recently changed my plan to be able to use my phone while on vacation. Now that I’m home I want to change back to my original plan but it’s not appearing as an option in ‘manage subscription’. The only options I see are the Canada/US/Mexico plans, the one I’m looking for is the cheaper 5GB Canada-wide plan.

My original plan still exists as I can find it on the webpage but when I try to change it from there I get the “you already have an active subscription” message.

Help!

thank you

Sorry, it is not unusual you cannot get the old plan back. And all existing customers can only change to plans they see in their My Account. No exception and PM CS cannot help either

You may be locked out of lower priced plans when you upgrade to a more expensive one. If you really want that price point you will have to activate a new line.

You never know what might be there. Sometimes there are better plans than those available to new customers.

A support ticket will do nothing for you. They are unable to help you.
