      <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently I used Public Mobile for all my internet needs using Hotspot. I'm moving in the summer to a place with internet and will only need PM for my phone. I will only need 3 Gb. When I try to change my plan I am only offered 80 and 100 Gb plans. How do I find an option for 3 Gb?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/598436"&gt;@KenParks&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;same as upgrade, you need to go to My Account, click Change Subscription and choose a plan there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see the plan you want, maybe you cannot find a cheaper plan, sorry, you won't be able to change to that then.&amp;nbsp; Just go back and check often&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow. Just, wow. So Public Mobile will not allow me to downgrade. Very inflexible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess I'll just have to cancel in the summer and get the 3 Gb plan under a new account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;not like PM not allow you to downgrade, many still able to change to cheaper plan.&amp;nbsp; But the downgrade options depends on your current plan, and some cheaper plans might not be available all the time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is not flexible, but not undoable&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
