      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any idea how to get real help from this company?&amp;nbsp; I am being looped into useless circles and not given any real help.&amp;nbsp; The phone number on the account being used for two factor authentication no longer exists. I have provided them will all kinds of accurate info but they still refuse to change the phone number &amp;amp; want more information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer service for this company is TERRIBLE!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you get this resolved? If not try looking through your email for the service agreement it should have the data and the date activated:) if you search public mobile in your email search bar it should come up!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
