You can buy a Publoc Mobile SIM card at most (all) Telus/Koodo stores — or order one via Amazon

Many Telus/Koodo branded stores won't have Public Mobile SIM cards. Generally, it's only going to be the Telus owned and operated stores that stock Public Mobile SIM cards. Unfortunately, it's often difficult to tell which locations are corporate Telus stores.
