      <title>Can't receive verification SMS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to receive verification SMS from various companies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example Google 2SV when signing into gmail from a different location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or online banking when adding a new payee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They text you a code, and these are not coming through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the new 4.5GB plan.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ported my number over from Bell yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise what can be done to resolve this as I need this to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Warm regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other texts from friends, family and calls are working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As this is a new service for you, did you bring your number with you via a port, or did you get a new number? &amp;nbsp;Another thought, have you got a new phone, and could the number you’re using be directed towards a data app such as iMassage or Hangouts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i know you’ve said you won’t install another app for SMS, but seriously, this could at least resolve the issue in the short term.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
