Where is my Sim Card?

I purchased the $20 promo.plan on Jan 24 and the SIM card was supposed to have been shipped in two days. Today is Feb 05 and still no signs of SIM arrival. Can you please advise what's going on?

So shipped in 2 days actually means to leave their office. Very misleading yes.

It can take up to 10 business days, which is tomorrow.

Sou can wait another day or check to see if there are any Telus/Koodo/mobile Klink stores in your area and purchase one and ask agent to update the number when you receive it and give you a credit for the extra purchase.

It’s not unusal for the sim to arrive in 2 or even 3 weeks after you order. Best is to order the PM sim on Amazon for about $5 with fast shipping… free shipping if you or friend has a Prime acct.

Has anyone received this? Was it mailed to my mailbox by the post office or delivered to my door by a courier?
