Every now and then it happens!

You cleared the cache from your messages app directly?

Leave yourself a message. Listen to it then delete it to see if that will clear the notification. Make sure to listen that it's deleted before existing the call.

Voicemail Notification

I have a public mobile voicemail notification that says new voicemail. It keeps popping up even after dismissing it. I have deleted all messages in my voicemail and the voicemail says no new messages when I call it. I have also cleared cache from my settings (android) and then restarted my phone and the notification still popped up. Any help would be appreciated!

I put my voicemail settings to be on extended leave and not to accept any voicemail, so I cant even call and leave myself one.
