    <description>&lt;P&gt;Some customers do have issue calling toll free numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can open a ticket but I doubt agent will make it work...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>1800 dialing issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suddenly cannot dial any 1800, 1866, toll free numbers and I am unsure if I am to receive any calls from them. I was able to before. It just states “8 U M 1 your call cannot be completed as dial, please check &amp;nbsp;number or contact your customer service provider”. Please advise and help fix. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
