    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done all those things and tried to submit a ticket and it says something went wrong, so cannot even submit a ticket for help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reboot the phone and Reset network settings and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, test your sim card using another phone if you have a physical sim.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you cannot make it working and account is active, you will need PM to check.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for everyone's help. It just started working although I did the reset network quite a while ago. I think it was maybe Telus outage but when I checked online it said no outages.. Good news is my phone is working again &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
