      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought 2&amp;nbsp;Physical SIM cards for my family on January 25th, but I still haven't gotten them yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think it's been a long time. Could you reimburse me for the SIM card?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it takes 10 or more days to receive SIM from PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM has no tracking option but you can try to get refund if you open a ticket and provide proof of purchase.&lt;BR /&gt;But I guess agent will tell you to wait a while...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
