when you placed the order? Sim card delivery usually take around 1 to 2 weeks

If you need to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

is there a Mobile Klinik in your area ? They usually have the PM sims. If you get one there, message Customer Support to request credit to your account for the additional sim purchase...they might oblige.

This SIM card shipment is within the estimated delivery timeframe that Publci Mobile provides. At this point, it would be premature for a customer to ask for any such account credit.
