      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My number transfer from Rogers is stuck in a partial port.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Outgoing calls work, but incoming calls and SMS still route to Rogers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I already approved the transfer by SMS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please escalate this to the porting team and re-push the port / HLR update.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
