    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to transfer my account from Rogers and never got a text message from them. My guess is there for it’s not set up properly. But now I can’t get any texts to try and set it up again. I can’t receive phone calls. Can only do thinks attached to wifi. Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
