    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/653009"&gt;@PoleGirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you don't need any activation code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you need to do now is to remove the sim card from your old carrier.&amp;nbsp; If the old one was an eSIM, dsiable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to Sim Manager and make sure the PM sim is set enabled and set Primary as the label.&amp;nbsp; Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check if the phone connected to PM network.&amp;nbsp; Test Data and test both incoming and outgoing calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to set up a new SIM&amp;nbsp; I have responded "yes" to my former carrier.&amp;nbsp; I inserted the PM SIM.&amp;nbsp; I then was waiting for an activation code from PM but it never came.&amp;nbsp; Phone is showing Public Mobile on the top.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
