If not then yes you need to create a ticket with a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i bought a plan for public mobile yesterday and I transferred my old number from bell. Since yesterday iam unable to receive any calls or texts from others. But I can make calls and send text. Does anyone know how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure if the device would matter but i use a s24 ultra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
