If yes, did you remove the previous sim from from phone and enabled the Public Mobile sim?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What type of phone do you have? When you are able to call what is the status of your phone in the top right corner? LTE, 3G?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
