    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just made a payment, but my line is currently suspended and I can’t make calls.&lt;BR /&gt;I need the line fully active today because I’m porting my number to another carrier.&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please manually refresh or lift the suspension?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has happened to me once before.&lt;BR /&gt;The payment was automatically applied to a different phone number on my account, not the number I’m currently using.&lt;BR /&gt;That’s why my line is showing unpaid even though I already made the payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
