      <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn’t get a message saying the transfer was completed and to insert the new PM SIM. How long do I wait? It was probably 20 hours ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I could not call with my old SIM still there and so I took out the old one put in the PM SIM, but am unable to make calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
