      <title>data not working and account is paid until Feb 10/26</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm on a 5G plan. &amp;nbsp;My plan renewed about two weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Voice and SMS work, LTE/5G shows and iMessage works on cellular but general mobile data does not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please re-provision my 5G data docket , reset not data session and refresh APN/routing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/338895"&gt;@Clyd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone is that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you removed your old carrier sim card and disable old carrier esim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you mentioned 5G does not work, but did you test 4G or LTE and confirmed data on 4G or LTE works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and did you try Reboot phone then click Reset network settings?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
