      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sign up for a phone plan with you, paid for the first month.&amp;nbsp; I have not received the sim card which was supposed to be sent to my address on file.&amp;nbsp; It has been over one week, and i still have not received any... very frustrated....I would like you to cancel service/plan i had signed up for, and return my money back to the bank account on file.&amp;nbsp; thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how long does this process take before i can see the refund in my bank account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
