      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered service and did not recieve sim card in the mail. I paid 33.90 - i no longer want the service and would like a refund as I did not recieve the sim as promiced. please refund to my card on file. Please refund otherwise I will report you to the CRTC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can reach me at ****@*** to let me know how you will refund my money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
