    <description>&lt;P&gt;how do I get a refund when I have been charged twice on two cards when renewing my subscription. I tried on of my card it didn’t work so it led me trying a different not to find out they charged me on both two different amounts $46.61 and $39.71. I was only trying to purchase my usual subscription for 39.71$ i don’t know why they charged me the $46.61 so ridiculous&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Refunds will take 3-4 weeks to process so leave it as credit. Login to your account and under Payment it will show as available funds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
