      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m stuck in an initial activation loop asking for a physical SIM number, but I need to use eSIM instead for this new phone. I had ordered a physical SIM originally thinking I could use it, but I cannot on this phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
