    <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I get a PUK code for my locked eSIM when every option requires you to log into your account but that is not possible because I'm unable to get the required 2-step verification code due to the locked eSIM. Also can't log on to the forum so had to create another account just to post this with a secondary email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
