Hi can’t change my subscription to what I want my account only gives me to opt

hi @Dadman2025

you can only change to plans showing up on your Change Subscription page on My Account. If the plan you want is not there, then you cannot change to it. PM agent cannot help either

Hi there are no plans in there that suite my needs. I am looking to change plans. If I can’t get what I want will cancel my subscription and look elsewhere. Thanks for your attention and time.
