How do I delete messages if the mailbox is full ?

community mailbox? it shouldn't be filled that easily

but if you like, go to Sent box and delete

Do you mean your voice mailbox ? If so, listen to end of the message to hear voicemail options. I think it’s press 7 to delete message. Do that to each voucemail you no linger need to save.
