I just transferred to Public Mobile from Rogers. Everything seems to be working but I can't message my husband on his Android phone. I get message "not delivered". I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with IOS 26.2.1 installed. I've restarted the phone and reset network settings. I'm not sure what else to do. I am using an eSIM for Public Mobile.

RCS and MMS Messaging are turned on. My send and receive addresses include my phone number.

I've disabled RCS and waited an hour. I rebooted and re-enabled RCS. It says "waiting for activation". I see on the internet that this can take up to 24 hours. I will wait (I tried rebooting, but it still says waiting). Hopefully, it will do the trick. I'll let you know.

It worked. Thank you. I also had to make some changes to cellular data. It looked like I still had Rogers enabled and Public Mobile. When I changed that, the RCS activated and messages went through.
