      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched from Rogers to Public it's been 5 days. I can make calls and have access to data but cannot receive phone calls or use SMS. I also can't confirm my account, it's sending a confirmation code to my phone but my SMS is not working...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
