    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/650811"&gt;@Molly0&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to escalate to CSA_PM agent. &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately, this service normally works Monday to Friday. &amp;nbsp;Not sure if this agent is working today. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you are unable to call or text at all, it is an account set up issue which requires CSA intervention. &amp;nbsp;Proting might be also an issue, but the account was not set up properly for the port to be completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I replied “Yes” to approve the number transfer from Bell over 2 hours ago.&lt;BR /&gt;The Bell eSIM is still on my phone but currently turned OFF.&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve already tried restarting the phone several times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m worried that if I delete the Bell eSIM, I might completely lose the ability to make or receive calls, so I haven’t removed it yet.&lt;BR /&gt;At the moment, I can’t make or receive calls at all, and I’m also not receiving any verification SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really need help with this — please advise what I should do next.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To clarify clearly:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Public Mobile eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Bell eSIM is deactivated (OFF)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have any physical SIM in the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile data works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMS does NOT work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regular calls do NOT work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because SMS is not working, iMessages are being sent as email instead of phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;So at the moment, I have data only, with no voice or SMS service at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This indicates the port-in is incomplete, not a device or SIM setup issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
