      <description>&lt;P&gt;My old visa was lost and locked. Today public could not charge the visa so my phone service was deactivated. &amp;nbsp;I just added in my new visa number and paid for this month but I still don’t have service. Do I need to wait?!! I need my phone line for work! &amp;nbsp;Ty for any advice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for your advice!&amp;nbsp; I rebooted 3 times...&amp;nbsp; I checked my account setting and it says that the payment was successful.&amp;nbsp; It prompts me to Step 3:&amp;nbsp; Last step, activate your SIM card.&amp;nbsp; I had an esim card.&amp;nbsp; It gives me the option to transfer my number.&amp;nbsp; I add in my number and it says I can't activate the number.&amp;nbsp; This is all to confusing!&amp;nbsp; Please help?&amp;nbsp; Maybe I need to just wait 24 hours?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
