      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made 3 tickets the past week for no response. My phone is on SOS and I have tried to contact Public to help fix this issue as the website and app states to contact support unable to install esim. PLEASE HELP ME this has been a weeks worth of missing calls and texts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/650337"&gt;@Joychoi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;can you double check the Sim Manager or Settings -&amp;gt; Cellular screen and see if a PM eSIM already there?&amp;nbsp; usually the app would install that for you already and you don't need QR code to scan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/650337"&gt;@Joychoi&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually have to wait for CS_Agent response to ticket. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can login into your PM app on your phone, you could try to purchase another eSIM under profile section. &amp;nbsp;That might re-install another eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
