      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try accessing your voicemails though a land line and see if you encounter the same issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still need support, click on the chatbot right bottom corner. Don't expect help anytime soon though as people have waited a week to support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
